Regional Manager APAC

As our APAC Regional Manager based in Singapore, you will drive customer success and market expansion in the region. Our Singapore office was established to exceed customer expectations and continue our growth journey in Asia.

Your role blends customer service and sales, requiring a high activity level and business acumen. As our Regional Manager you will secure new customers and ensure existing customers’ success by understanding and identifying opportunities, as well as presenting and demonstrating our solutions both to new and existing customers.

You’ll manage and expand a dedicated team which consist of enthusiastic Advisors, Technical consultants, and Support resources. It is expected that the Regional Manager continues the growth path and recruits additional team members and manages the team with assistance from our HQ in Norway.

Sales to both existing and new customer is vital, so passion for this is ideal.

Experience in sales, business development, business automation, preferably in a software company or other relevant IT solutions would be an advantage, but what truly sets you apart is your desire to make a meaningful impact. You’re committed to fostering success stories and genuinely interested in simplifying work life for everyone.

Qualifications and experience
We believe you may have experience from one or multiple of the following job types:

  • Experience with sales or advisory within ERP, Accounting or Purchasing systems.
  • Experience with solution selling/ advisory to management/ C-Levels.
  • Genuine digital interest and good understanding of technology.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • High service standards, flexible, but structured.
