Operations Technician

We are looking for a new colleague to join our operations team!
As a part of our operations team, you will contribute to building a modern and professional environment for managing customer solutions in eye-share Cloud, our platform based on the public cloud, Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with developers to create effective and efficient solutions, and be part of a highly creative and exciting environment with many talented colleagues.

We are seeking an operations technician with strong technical skills who enjoys tackling challenges. You are responsible, enjoy working with others, and have a strong interest in the field. Our new colleagues are not afraid to voice their opinions and want to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of SaaS applications hosted in MS Azure.
- Continuous improvement and monitoring of application performance and reliability.
- Workflow automation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application operations.
- Ensuring high availability and scalable operations in application environments.
- Collaborating with the development team and other technical departments to implement new features and improvements.
- Monitoring security risks and implementing necessary security measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience in application management and operation of SaaS applications can compensate for formal qualifications.
- Good knowledge of PaaS services, especially in Microsoft Azure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Good understanding of network and security principles in the cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Personal qualifications considered a plus:
- Experience with IT monitoring and surveillance tools.
- ITIL understanding/competence.
- Experience with the operation of solutions in Azure and other cloud services.
- Experience with document databases.
