The opening of Eye-share Singapore
A new milestone has been reached for Eye-share. On December 1st we officially opened our Singapore office!
With a successful user gathering for our customers in Asia, followed by a grand opening ceremony, we can hereby declare Eye-share Singapore “open for business”.
Thank you to our customers, partners, Innovation Norway, NBAS and Norway’s ambassador to Singapore, H.E Eivind S. Homme, for a great day packed with news, product reviews, speeches, ribbon cutting, great food and celebration.
Eye-share’s CEO, Torhill Gysland Falnes, and Head of strategy and business development in Tietoevry, Christian Diex Rognes, have recently been visiting several customers. They are impressed by how the customers are talking about our products and the trust they have in Eye-share as a company.
Within a year, we have gone from business case to actual execution on a key growth initiative in Eye-share and Tietoevry, which is to target the maritime market
in the Asia-Pacific region through our eye-share Product Suite. Singapore’s well developed economy, proximity to new markets and good recruitment opportunities, make the country an excellent place to grow further. Our Asian customers seem very happy to finally have us in the area.
We would like to thank Regional Manager in Singapore, Tim Polson, who has put together a fantastic team of skilled techies and advisors. And big thanks to Kenneth Saetre for tireless work in the region over many years, which has given this new operation a flying start.
