eye-share Workflow v. 14.2 is just around the corner, and it is set to be launched during April. So you might be wondering what we are currently developing at our lab, in terms of automation? Here’s an update!
So, what are we working on right now? Well, we’re developing some exciting and useful features that many of our customers have been asking for – both as adaptations and as future possibilities. It’s great to be able to meet these requested needs!
Automatic coding of additional costs for purchase invoices
We’re working on a feature that automatically compares lines on invoices with defined additional costs in the article register. This opens up for more automation in the workflow surrounding purchase invoices, ensuring correct allocation of additional costs. Efficiency and accuracy – all in one!
Automatic coding based on VAT rates on invoices
Imagine an invoice with multiple lines and different VAT rates. Our new AI platform, EyeDa, will be able to sum amounts per VAT rate and allocate them accordingly. To fully utilize this, we need invoice lines imported into the document in eye-share Workflow, available through eInvoice or line interpretation for PDF invoices through eye-share Capture. Wondering how? Our advisors are ready to help!
Automatic coding of legal deviations
When matching purchase invoices against orders, deviations may occur that should not hinder the automation around invoice approval. They’re simply legal deviations. We’re working on a solution in eye-share Workflow that allows you to control how these deviations are handled, including percentage distribution per line or by placing the entire deviation on a separate line.
So stay tuned! These features will be part of version 14.2, launching now in April. We are looking forward to sharing the final result with you!
