A warm welcome to a day of insights

The day began with an engaging welcome address by Siang Yong Lim, Regional Manager at Eye-share Singapore Pte. Ltd., who introduced the Eye-share team and emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting businesses in Asia.

Our CEO, Torhill Falnes, then set the stage with an inspiring keynote on Eye-share’s strategic vision and key accounts payable (AP) trends for 2025. The session outlined how the company’s solutions continue to align with the evolving needs of businesses, ensuring control, efficiency, and compliance.

Exploring the future of eye-share solutions

A key highlight was the presentation by Kenneth Sætre, Director of Partners and International Offices, who unveiled the latest features and enhancements in the eye-share Software Suite. Attendees learned about the growing capabilities of EyeDa, the AI assistant that boosts efficiency by over 90%, as well as upcoming developments in the company’s R&D roadmap.

The future of digital invoicing

Andre Ong, our Sales Manager APAC, provided a deep dive into Singapore’s e-invoicing landscape, with a session dedicated to the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and its role in advancing the PEPPOL framework. This segment gave attendees actionable insights into aligning their operations with Singapore’s push for digital invoicing.

Britoil, represented by Mabel Choo, shared how they’ve simplified AP processes and improved supplier relationships with eye-share Workflow and Portal.

OSM Thome, represented by Alexandros Anastasiades, demonstrated how they process over 500,000 invoices annually with eye-share Workflow, ensuring smooth operations in ship management.
