While Eye-share boasts a high percentage of women in team leader positions, we acknowledge that there’s still a significant gap in bringing more women into technical roles within our industry.

To address this, Eye-share is actively collaborating on various initiatives with our owner, Tietoevry, with the ambitious goal of reaching 40% female professionals globally by 2026.

The fight for gender equality is ongoing, and this day serves as a powerful reminder that although we’ve made significant progress, complete gender equality is yet to be achieved.
